Dr. Devilbiss has been writing code in Visual Basic, C, Matlab, NeuroExplorer, Spike2 and other for biological applications for over 15 years. During that time, as many electrophysiologists know, one either had to write their own analysis software or find a programmer (and explain to them in their language) what the software needed to accomplish. Moreover, with the advent of multichannel electrophysiological recording, high density EEG recording, and higher laboratory throughput, recording and analysis needs to able to meet the demand of the experimenter.
Since or inception, we have developed a number of software packages for clients. These include:
- Animal Behavior Software Package (Spike2/1401 scripting languages)
- PSTH and ERP analysis routines (combined NeuroExplorer Script and Matlab Functions)
- Data Sciences International real-time file reader (Matlab)
- Rodent and Canine Sleep-Scoring Module (Matlab)
- Cluster Computing using a pile-of-PC's running WindowsXP (Mixed Software)
- Wavelet and Gabor-Matching Pursuit Detection of Sleep Events (Mixed Software)
- Sophion qPatch data analysis (Matlab)
- Human EEG data collection and behavior testing software package (Matlab+Java)
- ...as well as countless others
In addition to providing
custom software we are now providing
pre-written software and a list of other important
software repositories.
